Grow it, then cook it
The whole point of this kit is what happens after the harvest. Turn the basil into Small-Batch Basil Pesto, the tomatoes into Tomato-Basil Preserves, the peppers into Bell Pepper and Jalapeno Jelly, the cucumbers into old-fashioned Cucumbers and Onions, and the fresh herbs into a bright Garden Chimichurri.
