Refund & Returns Policy

Because most of what we sell is fresh (eggs, live animals, produce) or perishable (worms, WormFuel), our policy works a little differently than a typical store.

Fresh & live goods

Eggs, chicks, ducklings, hens, and roosters cannot be returned once they leave the farm. If something arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we’ll make it right.

Worms, WormFuel & seeds

If your worms arrive in poor condition, reach out within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll replace or refund the order. Seeds and WormFuel are non-perishable and can be returned unopened within 30 days for a refund.

Farm boxes

Farm boxes are packed fresh to order and can’t be returned, but if anything inside arrives in bad shape, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll sort it out.
