How to Grow Sweet Peas
Planting
Direct sow as early as the soil can be worked, sweet peas want a long cool stretch to bloom well before our summer heat arrives. Give them a trellis or fence to climb.
Watering & feeding
Regular and consistent, especially as the vines get established and start climbing.
Harvest
Cut often, sweet peas stop blooming if pods are left to mature and go to seed.
